Official Statement regarding COVID-19

Following the escalation of COVID-19, sadly we are cancelling the Great Strides Snowdon Trek Weekend. Across the country and the world, everyone is coming to terms with the current situation in relation to the Coronavirus. At the Trust we are aware that this is hugely concerning for the cystic fibrosis community and we must ensure that everyone’s health and safety is our utmost priority.

Whilst we understand how disappointing this decision will be, we have not made it lightly and sincerely apologise to everyone who has signed up for these events. We are very grateful for all your support, training and fundraising, to-date.

The Events team are now in the process of planning a new date for the event for next year, and will update this page when all the details are confirmed. We do hope you will be able to join us in 2021.

If you have any queries, please contact our team at events@cysticfibrosis.org.uk or telephone 020 3795 2176 and we will be happy to help. Thank you so much for all you do for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to fighting for a life unlimited by cystic fibrosis for everyone living with the condition. We are investing in cutting-edge research, supporting clinical care, and campaigning tirelessly on the issues that matter, but we need your help.
