Tribute funds

Set up a tribute fund to remember someone you love and share memories, photographs and stories. To connect a tribute fund to a name in the online book of remembrance, please contact our in-memory team.

A tribute fund is a way to honour the memory of a loved one and raise money to support our work. All donations are grouped into one unique fund that shows how much money has been raised in the name of your loved one, and you can invite family and friends to contribute to the fund and share their memories.

Claire started a tribute fund in memory of her daughter Abi, who lost her life to cystic fibrosis in 2017 when she was just 13 years old.

“We set up a tribute fund as, on the day that we lost Abi, I promised her that I would never give up and would keep fighting to help find a cure.” Claire

Grow your tribute fund

Why not organise a fundraising event, like a pub quiz or music night? Abi’s family have held fundraising events and taken part in a number of challenges, including a half marathon and a Tough Mudder, they have raised over £18,000 in her memory.

You can also connect Just Giving fundraising pages to your tribute fund so that all your fundraising efforts can be in one place.

“The thing that keeps me going is thinking of Abi’s strength, resilience and dignity. If she could go through the procedures, operations, huge amounts of medication, physio and everything else that comes with CF, a half marathon is nothing.” Claire
